FOUR OUTBREAKS IN AYIIAXGAREI. (Per Press Association.) WHANGAR-EI, Nov. 24. Four outbreaks of fire were discovered within a few minutes of,each other at half-past ten last night, in every instance at the rear of large business places in the centre of the town, with a chance of disaster. Another outbreakin stables behind the largest hotel, was detected at 4 a.m. 77iere are many indications of deliberate intention. AH the outbreaks were quelled before they had time to spread.
