HOME RULE.
A DEADLOCK REACHED. (United Press Association—Copyright.) LONDON, Nov. 30. The Morning Post states that the negotiations between the Government and Nationalists have reached an impasse. Mr Redmond declining to accept a Home Rule measure depriving Ireland of the right to impose Customs, excise duties. Mr Devlin, leaving an important section, is willing to accept the Government proposal.
