Warm and cloudy weather changed to rain and boisterous conditions on Sunday, with lowest . pressure in the South. On ;Monday evening the glass rose .fast, with strong .southerly , winds, and heavy showers, but- Tuesday it proved as the day advanced to be gloomy weather. It is again reported' everywhere this afternoon. The forecast "• on present indications is for unsettled and cloudy, weather, with 1 rain in all .parts of- the country. Strong northerly winds are probable generally, and a falling barometer everywhere, for a low pressure area is likely to pass in the south during the next fortyeight hours.
