CONFESSES IN LONDON
[united press association —COPYRIGHT] LONDON, Dec. 28. Abramsvich, a Russian Cossack, has been arrested in connection with the Spitalfields double rqurder. He confessed, and alleged that the crime was committed as revenge for losses at gambling.
