Henrietta Agues Borland, aged 21, was before the Court this morning on a charge of vagrancy. On the previous day she was arrested at Lyttelton when strutting about in hoy’s clothes, smoking a cigarette; She is an ex-inmate of the Caversham Industrial School, and according to the police evidence, badly wanted looking after. The Magistrate sent her up for a year’s reformative treatment.
