ACCORDING TO THE “DOMINION.” “It is worth while perhaps at the present juncture,” says the “Dominion,” to once more show what an utter sham the pretence of Ministerialists that they have any hope of securing a majority* in the present Parliament really is. For this purpose it is sufficient to divide members into two sections : those definitely pledged to vote against the Government and those not so pledged. By adopting this, plan we give the Government the benefit of the Independent votes and one Labor vote. There is one at least of these votes which in all probability will not go to the Government. The list, however, of pledged and unpledged members reads as follows : Pledged to Vote Not so Pledged. Against the Government. REFORM MINISTERIALISTS Allen, J. Brown Anderson Buddo Bell 1 Buxton Bollard. J. Carroll Bollard, R. F. Clark Bradney Colvin Buick Craigie Buchanan Davey Campbell Dickie Dickson Ell Escott. Forbes F; fther Glover Fra.-er, W. Guinness Guijuie Hanan Harris Laurenson Herdman M’Callum Henie: Macdonald H'ne MKenzie. R. Hti ter Mackenzie, T. Let rg Millar Lee ** Myers Ma.ccln Poland Mar der Reed M assay Russell Newman. Dr. A. K Seddon Neuman! E. Sidey. Nosworthy Smith. R. W. Okey * Thomson, J. C. Pearce V* ard Rhodes Y ilford Scott Y'itty Smith, F. H. Native Members. Statliam Ngata Svkes Rangihiroa Thomson, G. M. Parata Wilson Labor Members. Young Hindmarsh Native Members. independent Pomare Rhodes Labor Members. Coates Robertson Isitt Yeitcli Payne. Independent Atrnore. Total, 42. Tetal, 38. “This.*' adds the “Dominion,' “leaves the Government in a minority of four on a no-confidence motion. It will be noted that Dr. Pomare is included as one of those who will vote against the Government on a no-confidence motion, and also Mr. Atrnore. Regarding the former we are in a position to state that he will be found on the side of the Reform party on all. vital issues. As t-o Mr. Atrnore, lie is definitely pledged to _ vote against the Government on certain definite issues.
