A REPORTED ARREST. SYDNEY POLICE RETICENT. (Received January 24, 1.5 a.m.) SYDNEY, Jan. 24. It is reported that a man has been arrested in Sydney to-night in connection with the Bingara tragedy. The police are reticent.
