The Wellington Provincial Association’s 13th- annual tournament was continued yesterday. J. C. Peacock and C. Gore defeated F. M. B. Fisher and P. White-Parsons in the final for the men’s championship doubles by 6 —4, 4 —6, 9 —7. In the ladies’ championship doubles Mrs Goldie and Miss E. Travers beat Misses E. Williams and Iv. M. Nunneley, 6—l, 4 —6, 6—4. E. Reeves won the final in the junior .men’s handicap singles, defeating R. Rawnsley (60 —58). The tournament continues to-day, when it is expected it will be concluded. WAIRARAPA TOURNAMENT. [PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.] MASTERTON, Jan. 23. The Wairarapa Lawn Tennis Championship meeting was continued to-day in fine weather. In the Men’s Championship Singles G. Olliver beat G. G. Aitken in the final, 6—4, 4—6, 4 —3. G, G. Aitken and W. Pearce beat G. Ollivier and C. A. Cuff in the Men’s ChamEionship Doubles, 6 —3, 6 —*l. In the adies’ Championship Singles Mi6s N. Hartgill defeated Miss Williams, 6 —l, 6—o. Misses Payton and Hughes defeated Misses Williams and Hartgill in the Ladies’ Championship Doubles, 9 —5. In the Combined Championship Doubles G. Ollivier and Miss Hartgill beat G. G. Aitken and Miss Cavo, 6—3, 6—3. C. A. Cuff beat R. B. Barton ini A grade Handicap Singles, and R. W. Reed beat S.
