WHO IS TO LEAD THE “LIBERALS?” AIR. T, AIACKENZIE MENTIONED. The fact that both Sir Joseph AVard and Hon. Mr. Alillar are to stand down in favor of others on their sides leaves the Liberal Party in a parlous plight, and it is now stated that there is a possibility of a similar announcement from other Alinisters. The only man whose name is mentioned as the new Leader of the Party is Mr Thos. Mackenzie. The two main features of the situation are that the Reform Party is absolutely solid, harmonious and enthusiastic, whereas in the Government Party there are on every hand signs of disruption in its ranks.
