THE IRREPRESSIBLE ONE.
MR. ISITT AGAIN. ANOTHER, GRIEVANCE. Mr Isitt said be liad been charged by the Leader of the Opposition with intentionally misrepresenting him in legat'd to a statement regarding the depopulation of Canterbury. Some of the Opposition papers had emphasised the statement that he had. subsequently apologised to Mr Massey for that statement. On. reference to his Hansard he found that he did noo say one word that oould be honestly interpreted into any sentiment of an-* kind. What he had said was that tne eilicy brought forward meant depoputing Canterbury. That could not be interpreted into a statement that Vir Massey had intentionally advanced such a policy.
