“TO VOTE FOR THE GOVERNMENT.” WHAT WILL MR ATMORE DO? NELSON, Feb. 26., An interesting, visitor arrived at Nelson on Friday. Tie seems to have had the interest of the Government very much at heart. On his interviewing members of Mr Atmore’s committee, pointing out the advisableness of Mr Atmore voting for the Government, several members wired to Mr Atmoro to vote for the Government. Mr Atmore did not pledge himself in the election campaign. The Waterside Workers’ Union tonight resolved to wire to Mr Atmoro urging him to support the Ward Government on the No-confidence motion.
