GOLF.
BOGEY MATCH. A bogey competition figured on the card of the Poverty Bay Golf Club for Saturday afternoon. There was a good entry, but the high southerly wind which prevailed mad© anything like record form out of the question. E. H. W. Traill, one of the scratch men, returned the best card, which read five down. There were a good number ef ladies present' during the afternoon, and tea was kindly dispensed by Mrs White and Miss Wachsmann.
