TOLAGO BAY RACING APPEAL. [PEE PEESS ASSOCIATION.! WELLINGTON, June 19. In the matter of an appeal by 11. .Jellie against the decision of the Hawke’s Bay Metropolitan Committee, endorsing the decision of the Judicial Committee of the Tolago Bay Jockev Club, in dismissing a protest lodged bv Mr Jellie, owner of Game, that McLeod, the rider of Auldearn, jostled Game in the (Jaw a Stakes Handicap, the Racing Conference judges, in their judgment, state: “We are of the unanimous opinion that the decision of the Hawke’s Bay Committee in upholding the decision of the Tolago'Bay Committee, cannot he disturbed. We therefore dismiss the appeal, and order that the deposit he refunded.” The judges were Messrs R. H. Nolan. J. W- Abbott, and W. E. Bid well.
