“NEW ZEALAND TIMES’’ TO SUPPORT UNITED LABOR PARTY.
WELLINGTON, June 21 [PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.)
The “New Zealand Times” will announce to-morrow its decision to give general editorial support to the United Labor Party, and to place a portion of each day’s issue at the disposal of the party for propaganda purposes. . This portion will be edited bj[ Professor Mills, author of the United Labor scheme. The “Times” announces its complete detachment from the existing political parties, as "We have become convinced that the public interest can be best served by dispassionate, candid, and helpful criticism of all parties and all movements.”
