A RE-HEADING REFUSED

The Blaekwator mines, Progress mines, and Consolidated Goldfields companies have applied to the A\ arden’s Court for a re-hearing on the ground that the Warden’s decision on the lltli inst with the condition compelling reference to the Arbitration Court was beyond the jurisdiction of the Warden. The Warden states that he was asked to decide an appeal from himself. His previous judgment had been drawn up with tin' assent and advice of the com panics’ solicitor. If they wanted to unset the judgment, let them appeal. The re-hearing was refused.
