A MINING CUSTOM.
HOW THE MINIMUM AFFECTS IT. TROUBLE IN WALES. [UNITED PEESS ASSOCIATION—COPTEIGHT] (Received August 29, 12.10 a.m.) LONDON, August 28. Four thousand have struck at the Glamorgan collieries at Rhondda owing to deductions for leaving the pit in accordance with the custom on the occasion of a fatal accident.
