CITY SUBJECTED TO SEARCHING CROSS-FIRE. ROJAZ HEIGHTS CAPTURED. (Received Oct. 29, 12.45 a.m.) CETTINJE, Oct. 28. Scutari is being subjected to crossfire from batteries to the north-west and south, and from the Island of Vranjina in the Lake whence King Nicholas is watching the seige. The garrison is threatened with famine.
General Vukovitch has captured the strongly-fortified heights of Rojaz dominating the approach to Ipek, and lias continued his advance thereon.
