TTJRANGANUI CLUB
At a meeting of the sub-committee of the Turanga'nui Club last evening the following handicaps were declared and drawings took place f°r the President s Fours: AlcSkimmmg, W. Howard, W. Bruce and Arnold (s) 9, to play Dudfield Colley, P. Howard and MeWlnrtoils) s'; Somervell, Nichoils Taylor and Martin <s) 2, to ulay Glendmnmg, Leyton Gray and Thelwall (s) 6; Stevenson, Barry, Hird and Sawyer (s) scratch, to play Anderson, McConnell, Bridge, an< * Witty (s) 10; Sheet, Hay, Alatthewson and Neil (s) 6, to play Robinson Humphreys, AVilliams and Simson (s) 3. It was decided that the final round shall he completed by Thursday fortnight. and that all games shall he completed by five weeks from Thursday 7th fnst., otherwise they will be forfeited. Airs C. Taylor will provide afternoon tea on Thursday, when ladies are specially invited to attend. It was decided also that the champion singles and champion colt singles shall he completed six weeks from Nov- ' ember 7.
