"GREEK SLAVE” v. “GEISHA." Amateur oporatics and rowing evi dently go hand in hand, for there are exponents of the art An both the Napier and Gisborne Societies. Taking advantage of the opportunity, a crew from the southern centre will try conclusions with a "Geisha” four during the time “The Greek Slave” is being produced here. The crews will be as follow ; Napier:—G. Ait-ken (str), J. Flanaghan (3), A. Holland (2), and G. Remington (bow). Gisborne:—Langridge (str), O’Brien (5), Cowan (2), Oman (bow).
