Bibu (Clark’s former servant), in evidence, said that- Clark called him into the bedroom and gave him three powders, and ordered him to put them in the Memsahib’s tea. He promised 50 rupees to Bibu, and threatened to throttle him if anything leaked out. Witness handed the Memsahib the powders, and said lie wanted to leave, and she gave him his wages. The Court announced that owing to a chemical report Clark and Mrs. Fulham would be charged with the attempted poisoning of Mrs. Fulham at Meerut in 1911, and also with the actual murder at Agra in November.
