NATIONAL COMMITTEE CONSTITUTED. OPPOSED TO THE UNITY CONFEDERATION. [PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM } AUCKLAND, Feb. 25. (1) That as . now constituted, the United Labor Party is now syndicalist and revolutionary in' its general trend of policy, and, as publicly announced, lias decided to join -the syndicalism Federation of Labor. (2) The recommendation previously submitted re this branch stepping into the breach and reorganising the New Zealand Labor Party is again brought forward, and correspondence from Wanganui, Christchurch, Napier, and elsewhere leads this executive to believe that dissatisfaction with the ’United Labor Party is widespread, and that the time is fully ripe to re-establish the New Zealand Labor Party. (3) That the United Labor Party is now openly opposing the systematic training of the citizens of New Zealand in a scheme of defence. The work of organising , the _ new party is to proceed immediately, it being decided that the newly-elected local committee should be constituted a National Committee and the services of Mr Walsh secured as organiser for an immediate campaign. It was also decided to open all future meetings to the press;
