The “Chronicle’s” Constantinople correspondent says it is rumored that Shevket Paslia (Premier) will resign. Crowds attended Nazim Pasha’s memorial service at the Suleimaneis mosque. There were loud cries of “Vengeance on the murderers,” and 25 officers attending the service were arrested.
