HIS ANKLE SPRAINED

[BY TELEGRAPH—PARLIAMENTARY CORRESPONDENT] WELLINGTON, July 8. As Mr Massev was leaving his House this morning he slipped on the steps and slightly sprained hi s ankle. During the day it became a little worse with the result that he was unable to appear in the evening, although ho attended as usual in the afternoon. It is not expected that Ins incapacitation will be for long.
