Mr. J. Warren, clerk of the Cook County Council, returns from Wellington this morning. Senior-Sergeant Hutton returns front Wellington by the s.s. Mc'koia this morning.

The many friends of Mr. G. Darton will be pleased to hear that- he has .sufficiently recovered from his long illness as to be able to leave the private hospital, of winch he had been an inmate for upwards cf three months.
