THIS WEEK'S REFEREES. At last night's meeting of tlie Poverty Bay Referees’ Association the following referees were appointed for this week’s matches:— —Senior. — In the event .of the United v. Y.M.P. match being played Mr McMahon will referee. —School Matches. — Gisborne v. Te Hapara, No 1., Mr Olsen. Kaiti v. Makaraka, No. 2., Mr Burge. Convent v. Manga pa pa, Reserve, Mr Wallace.

The following team will represent Tokomaru Bay against Tolago Bav at Tokomaru Bay on Saturday, 19th i n st:
Seniors —Full-back, Fairlie; threequarters, Bell, Glenn, Hale; fiveeighths, Erakana, Joe Oates; half, Popple: wing, Stott; forwards, Paliina, Deans, Coombe. Noble, MataJiika, Keepa and Moore; emergencies, Newton and Ryland. Juniors —Full-back. G. Oates; three--quarters, Wilson, Mill, Hautapu; fiveeighths. Fraser, Lyllian ; half, Popple ; forwards. Patterson (wing), Wilkins, McDonald, Leach, G. Fairlie, Ryiand, Courtenay, Spurgeon. All players are requested to be on the ground at 3 p.m. sharp. Mr Howard, the selector for the Poverty Bay representatives, will probably visit Tokomaru Bay especially for these matches.
