WELLINGTON. August 22. ‘‘The first thing that they did after taking office was to put on top hats and rush off to get their photographs taken.” Thus the Prime Minister, in a good-humored allusion this afternoon to the “Ten Minutes'" Ministry.'' as he usually terms the short-lived Mackenzie Cabinet. “They looked like a row of undertakers’ assistants out for a picnic.—(Loud laughter). . “Where are the top hats now.-'” asked Mr Massey, amid further laughter.
