The Legislative Council Reform Committee mot this morning and gave* instructions that the matter compiled by the sub-committee should Ire printed. When this has been done a further meeting will be held, _aad probablv a Bill drafted with the views of the 'majority of the Committee. The sub-committee has prepared a careful comparative analysis oj the constitutions of the States within the British Empire, and a great many of those of foreign countries.
