CTIAJiGE AGAINST A VENDOR. (Press Association Telegram.* WELLINGTON, July 30. In a ease which fame before Mr D. G A. Cooper. S.M., in tho Alagistratok Court to-day, Donald Cook, a milk vendor of Kiibirnie, was charged with selling milk not obtained from a registered dairy.
