The “Berliner Tageblatt” attaches great importance to General von Bulow’s advance towards Minsk to which the Russians are offering small opposition. The paper says: “We shall soon control the Warsaw-Petrograd railway and thereafter the only Russian line of retirement will be via Brcsflntrosk. Minsk and Moscow, but General Maclcensen is only three days march from Brestalvosk and the situation is likely nut tu lack dramatic events.
