Official: There were'barren attacks at Bausk. between the Dwina and the Niemon. A fiery Russian bayonet charge west Of Km no on Thursday dislodged the enemy from several positions, which were captured. This morning the enemy's weak forces continued their efforts to cross from the left bank of tin* .Yaiew to the east at Rozan. VY r e maintained our old front. We yesterday repulsed a German attack uni t h-west of Blonie and vigorously attacked troops who crossed (In' \ istula. On the Magduchetf-Ivozenitze front in the sector lie low the mouth of the Radoihka we dislodged the enemv front the forests on the right bank and drove them on to the. islands and sandbanks on the Vistula. The enemy is holding his ground on the Fpper Vistula, near Matzewitze. Our troops on Thursday night, between the Vistula and the Bug were ordered to march to positions prepared in the rear. The enemy did not molest our occupation on the new front, where we established ourselves on Friday without a fight. We evacuated Lublin and the railway between the stations of No vail l Alexandria and Riovetz. Our troops continued to dislodge the enemy from -osltions at Sulcal. Prisoners state that the enemy has suffered severe losses h here in the last few days.
