HANDICAP TOURNA MENT. <; tV \VI ELOCK WINS THE FINAL. The glorious weather which prevailed on .Saturday afternoon enticed a large crowd of players out- to the links. . , f 11,., The most interesting game ot tne dav was the final for the Handicap Club Tournament, which was Knight out between G. W. Willock (I) and L Balfour (8). 'Phis was a- stirring set to, there being little between the players throughout the whole jouinoy. When the pair teed up to ‘‘ “l?-,,, hoie, they were all square. Willock ran down an 18ft putt in the last green, which gave him a vet-ory. Roy players have played very consistently 'throughout the tournament, arid . 10 final was a fitting conclusion to an interesting competition. MONTHLY MEDAL. The competition for the monthly medal was won by'D. F. Rrewstet, whoso card read: 103 <O- - was a large attendance at the Clubhouse, and afternoon tea was kindly dispensed by Mrs H. E. Bright and Misses McCreche and A. BnH.-
