TRAWLER SKIPPER'S NEGLECT.
CHARGE OF COWARDICE DISMISSED. (Times and Sydney Sun Services.) LONDON, Aug. 8. A trawler skipper, James Brown, was tour t-m a i*ti al 1c d at Plymouth, charged with neglecting to. engage an enemy submarine and failing to .proceed to the assistance of a British schooner. The showed til a - a submarine attd‘4&R. and sank the solioonor, and it was alleged that licensed did not attempt to save the crew or to pursue the submarine. The court found the charges of cowardice and neglect disproved, but accused was guilty of neglecting to engage the enemy and was dismissed from the service.
