THE WAR SEALS.
(To the Editor.) Sir, —It is evident that the “War Seal” scheme is being sadly abused. I saw a person transferring one from a used envelope on to one about to he posted. May I suggest that the promoters approach the Postal Department with a view to having the seal cancelled, or the promoters themselves have the seal printed on the envelope and making a charge accordingly.— lam etc, GEORGE R, HALL. Patutahi, August 12th.
