’ PROPOSED NEW “TOUCH” LAW
(Received Jan. 15, 3.10 P- m -\ V LONDON, Jan. 14. The Rugby Union has authorised i limited number of games for the purpose of testing the suggested law prohibiting touch kicking between the twenty-five yard lines before the lion takes up a discussion on the matter. The Union has the Victoria Rugby Union’s affiliation, It is announced that the New South Wales ' fixtures will shortly be . finalised The international match against England has been fixed Tor January 7, 1928. —A. and N.Z.C.A.
