GERMAN CONSCRIPTION ORDER. LONDON, May 9. The Berlin radio announced that general compulsory labour' service was decreed in the Ukraine for males and females born from 1922-26 inclusive. Those conscripted will be employed either 'in the Ukraine or Germany, where they will be engaged in agriculture or in industry as apprentices.
