WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS. Wellington, last night. The Hon. G. Fisher, Italian Consul, has instructed Mr Jellicoe to apply for a writ of habeas corpus in the case of Gasparini, but Mr Chapman will not take any action in Cury’s case unless instructed by Mr Napier There is a great deal of sympathy with Cury in Wellington.
