Russia has announced her intention of maintaining her demand for the removal of Prince Ferdinand fremthe throne of Bulgaria. Russia will also insist on Prince Alexander of Battenburg being excluded from the appointment to the throne. After the nominal sitting is restored Russia proposes to send a Commissioner to Bulgaria with the object of restoring diplomatic relations between the two countries. She will then accept as ruler of Bulgaria, anv legally elected Prince, provided he is a member of the orthodox Church. Sofia, Aug. 10.. M. Zankofi is organising a revolt in Bulgaria.
