LABOR UNIONS DIFFICULTY.
TROUBLE WITH MINERS. ANTICIPATED STRIKE AT NEWCASTLE COLORED LABOR. Sydney, yesterday. Owing to a dispute with. their employers not being satisfactorily settled, the'miners at Newcastle have given notice that they will go out on strike In fourteen days. The Maritime Labor Union has fixed Sept. 12 as the date when all Asiatics on board vessels must be replaced with Europeans.
