GREAT INTEREST IN APPROACHING ELECTIONS. ROYALIST AGITATION. SUCCESSFUL NAVAL OPERATIONS. Paris, Aug 28. The approaching French elections are exciting the greatest interest throughout the country. A strong agitation is on foot on behalf of the Imperialist and Royal parties. Fifty French warships have been mobilised, and operations have been successfully carried out.
