A RUMORED REVOLT.
RUSSIAN REPORT OF A REVOLT IN AFGHANISTAN. RUMOR LACKS CONFIRMATION. London, Sept 7. The Novoe Vreyrna, a St. Petersburg paper, states that the whole of the tribes in the northern portions of Afghanistan are in open revolt. The rebels have recognised Ishak Khan as their leader, This statement, however, lacks confirmation, and is believed to be dubious.
