HOME RULE FOB SCOTLAND. London, Nov 6. The Scottish Liberal Association have declared in favor of Home Rule for Scotland. MORE LIES REFUTED. St Petersburg, Nov 6. The Czar and Czarina met with a splendid reception on their return to the city to day and were heartily congratulated on their miraculous escape in the railway accident. It is asserted that the accident was due to the excessive speed which had been specially ordered by the Czar. LATE COLLIERY EXPLOSION. Parts, Nov 6. It has now been ascertained that the number of persons who lost their lives in the colliery explosion at Aveyron was 73. A TERRIBLE COLLISION. A collision took place off the Isle of Wight between the British ship Saxmundham and a Norwegian barque, the former being sunk and twenty five of her crew drowned.
