NOTICE is hereby given that by an order of the said Court made on tbe 29th day of August, 1888, William Ratcliffe, cf Gisborne, Accountant and Agent, was appointed Receiver of the above Estate. All persons indebted to the said Firm must settle their accounts with the said William Ratcliffe before the 12ch day of November instant, and his receipt alone will be a sufficient discharge therefor. All sums outstanding after that date will be sued for without further notice. All persons to whom the said Firm is indebted are requested to send in their claims to the undersigned on or before the 9th November instant. Dated at Gisborne this Sth day of November, 1888. WM.
