ANOTHER AMERICAN WARSHIP TO BE SENT. ASSERTIONS OF THE GERMAN PBESS. London, Jan. 12. The Financial News says that the Congress Book reveals German intrigues and bluster to secure a monopoly of trade in Samoa. Washington, Jan. 12. The Government ia sending another warship to Samoa. Beblin, Jan. 12. The German press assert that the Congress Book recently received in Washington admits that American interests in Samoa do not justify any dispute between the United States and the Powers in regard to that oountry.
