A CHARTER FOBFEITED. A DEATH BLOW TO THE SYSTEM. New Yonx, Jan. 12. The Supreme Court of this city has ordered tha charter ot the Sugar Company to ba for failed, on the ground that it ceased to be • corporate body on joining the Sugar Trust. The Press agree that the principle thus laid down te tha death blow to the system of huge trade trusts lately initiated.
