Methodist Conference.
Christchurch, Saturday. At the Primitive Methodist Conference at Christchurch yesterday (Friday) the following officers were elected: — President, Rev J Sharp; vice President, Mr James Taylor; Secretary, Rev A J Smith ; Assistant Secretary, Rev J Boothroyd ; Beaders, Bev J Gray and Mr D Goldie, MH R; Letter writers, Rev W Rollass and Mr J Embury ; Auditors, Messrs C M Luke and R Ayres. The first draft of stations is as follows: —Timaru, Rev W Rollass; Thames, Bev Laycock; Greendale, Rev P W Jones; Christchurch. Rev W S Potter; Ashburton, Rev J Boothrpyd; Manawatu, Rev W Harris ; Geraldine, Rev G Clement; Auckland (2), Rev J Dawson; Dunedin, Rev J Sharp; South Invercargill, Rev 8. H. Lyon; Oamaru, Bev E W Potter; New Plymouth, Bev J C Lover; Wellington, Rev J Dixon and Rev J Dumbell (W J Dean and P N Hunter, supervisors); Wellington (2), Bev C Ward'; Auckland (2), Rev A J Smith (J Long, supernumary); Invercargill, Revs J S Guy and J Olphert.
