FLOURISHING CONDITION OF INDUSTRIES. | Berlin, Jan. 15. At the opening of the Reiehs'ag the Emperor William’s speech was read with the greatest enthusiasm. The Emperor referred in confident terms to the future of the oounry, and said that the flourishing condition of the country’s industries, together with the economical handling of the finances, would enable the Government to propose a remission of taxation.
