For Auckland, Sydney, and United Kingdom (via ’Frisco),.per Waihora, on Saturday, at 7.30 p.m. Parcels and Registered Correspondence must be in the Office one hour before closing of the mail. LOCAL mails. For Makaraka, Waerenga-a-hika and Ormond, daily at 2.30 p.m., and arrive at Gisborne daily at 11 a.m. For Matawhero, Te Aral Bridge and Patutahi every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, at 2 p.m., and arrive at Gisborne on the same days, at 11 a.m. W. W. BESWICK, Chief Postmaster.
