THE TIMES’ CASE JEOPARDISED. THE DAILY TELEGRAPH'S OPINION OF PIGGOTT’S EVIDENCE. DEGRADING AND DISGUSTING. London, Feb, 23. Affairs have taken a new turn with regard to the Parnell Commission, Piggott having jeopardised the Times’ ease. The London Daily Telegraph, in referring to Piggott’s evidence before the Parnell Commission, said he collapsed hopelessly and his evidence was both degrading and disgusting, the sequel being obvious.
