JUSTICE IN RUSSIA.
PROSECUTION OF TWO RAILWAY OFFICIALS. London, March 7. Admiral Possiett, the Russian Railway Minister, and St. Jervial, Inspector of Railways, have been indicted for being implicated in the Berki railway accident. This is the disaster of some months ago, by which the Czir and Czarina nearly lost thtir lives.
