MEETING OF THE ROVERS.

A well attended meeting of the Rovers Football Club was held in the Masonic Hotel last night. The following officers were elected for the ensuing year i-'-President: J. R. Scott; Vice Presidents: Capt. Tucker, Capt. Winter and Mr W. O. Sheet; Captain: James Lemuel; Vice Captain : E. Sheet; Secretary and Treasurer : J. Down; Committee : Messrs Leslie Arundel, Wildish, Wade, Rua, and Knight. About 14 new members were enrolled, and it was decided to open the season the first week in April.
